Binding Agreement

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 4abet. The agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

Language & Interpretation

Third-Party Services

User Eligibility

One Person, One Account

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 4abet support team immediately.

Updating Your Information

If your registered details change (such as your mobile number or email), update them in your account settings or contact the support team. 4abet will not be responsible for any transaction issues caused by outdated information.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same limit applies for every method).
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from mobile numbers or wallets registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please notify the support team.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is provided on your first deposit at 4abet, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• 4abet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the event of a bonus rule violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Bet Validity

A bet is considered final once the system confirms it. Incomplete bets caused by network outages or technical errors will be deemed void and the staked amount will be returned.

How Results Are Determined

All game and betting results are determined impartially. Slots and casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. Sports betting results depend on the official outcome of the relevant event.

Bet Cancellation Conditions

A bet may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• Due to a technical error or system outage.
• If the event or match is cancelled.
• In cases of incorrect odds or information being provided (where there is a clear error).
• If evidence of fraudulent or coordinated betting is found.

Fraudulent Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated programs to play games.

Financial Misconduct

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Making transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

Platform Abuse

• Using hacking tools, viruses, or malicious software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Taking any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Suspected or confirmed violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit documents for identity or age verification.
• When fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.

Voluntary account closure

You can request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, settle any pending bets and withdraw any withdrawable balance. Re-registration on 4abet after account closure is possible.
